Exhaust Hose

Fume-A-Vent's hose types range from high-temperature silicone to medium-temperature polyester. Hose temperature ratings range from 300° to 2010°.

Under most normal conditions, 400° hose should be sufficient for most diesel applications and 600° hose should be sufficient for most gasoline applications. This assumes that the vehicle is at an idle and under minimal to no accessory load. For help in selecting the hose that is right for you, please call one of our experts.

Crushproof hose is a popular option for service shops because it has no wire helix, allowing you to drive over the hose and it will return to its original shape.

Military grade hose is also available (meets military spec: MIL PFR 62028 - Paragraph 4.7.8, 72 Hours at 10000° F).
