BOOM ARMS FOR VEHICLE EXHAUST REMOVAL
Boom arms are made to accommodate shops with overhead cranes or high ceilings that prevent overhead exhaust removal systems from being installed. Fume-A-Vent boom arms store tightly against the wall when not in use, and swing-out over or between bays when needed.
Pivoting boom arms allow versatility in the placement of the vehicle, and are also ideal for vertical stack diesel exhaust extraction. Boom Arms come in two different styles, Pivoting and Articulating. A rope and pulley or cable balancer system can be added to the BA or BAA for ideal exhaust hose storage and accessibility.
Pivoting Boom Arms
Pivoting Boom Arms provide a simpler, more ridged solution to removing vehicle exhaust. Extension arm is available in 7, 10, or 13-foot lengths. Many different accessories may be mounted directly to the end of the BA.
Articulating Boom Arms
Articulating Boom Arms provide ultimate flexibility when workstations or vehicles may not be so clearly defined. The BAA allows the arm to swivel, fold, and create a scissor effect at the center joint. Fume-A-Vent articulating boom arms are available in 10, 15, and 20-foot lengths. Many different accessories may be mounted directly on the end of the BAA.
