Hose Reels

Hose reels retract using a spring or motor and remove exhaust with an exhaust hose, tailpipe adapter, and ductwork or direct mount fan.

Hose reels provide convenience by storing exhaust hoses out of the work area when not in use and making them easy to access when required. Hose reels allow operators to easily extract vehicle exhaust without the hazard of hoses and cables on the ground.

Hose reels are available in three styles: Spring Operated, Motorized, and Oversized.

Spring Operated Hose Reels are manual and require the operator to pull the exhaust hose down off the reel, locking the spring into place. Motorized Hose Reels are fitted with a wall switch or remote control to raise and lower the exhaust hose by the motor. Oversized Hose Reels can be very large and may require floor-mounting.

Overhead Systems

Overhead Systems are user-friendly and affordable solutions that accommodate various application demands. These systems incorporate many hose types, ranging from high-temperature silicone to medium-temperature polyester.

Overhead system lifting configurations are available in two styles: rope & pulley and spring cable balancer.

A rope and pulley overhead system is equipped with an exhaust hose that clamps directly to ductwork and is stored using an elbow joint to suspend the hose.

A spring cable balancer overhead system also features an exhaust hose that clamps directly to the ducting system and is stowed using a cable balancer to suspend the hose.

Boom Arms

Boom arms are excellent for workshops and facilities with overhead cranes or high ceilings that prevent the option for overhead exhaust removal systems. Boom arms store against the wall when not in use and swing out over and between bays when needed.

Typically, a simple overhead system is attached to the boom arm and stored with either a rope and pulley system or a spring balancer.

Boom arms are available in two different styles: Pivoting and Articulating. Pivoting boom arms provides a simple, more ridged solution. Articulating boom arms provide ultimate flexibility when workstations or vehicles may not be clearly defined.

Exhaust Hoses

Exhaust hoses play a pivotal role in a vehicle exhaust removal system. Our product range includes exhaust hoses manufactured for various vehicle types, from standard passenger vehicles to diesel trucks.

Tailpipe Adapters

Tailpipe adapters transfer hot vehicle exhaust from the nozzle through an exhaust hose and outside, away from the building or facility. Nozzles connect to tailpipes with clamps, vice grips, locking hand dampers, or a hook and chain.

With specialty applications like diesel trucks, you may need a vertical tailpipe adapter. We recommend dual-purpose nozzles for mechanics or auto body shops that work with both horizontal and vertical exhaust hose tailpipes.

Tailpipe adapters are available as Standard Undercarriage Exhaust Nozzles, Vertical Stack / Undercarriage Exhaust Nozzles, and Vertical Stack Exhaust Nozzles.

Exhaust fans and blowers move exhaust emissions through a hose and away from the workshop or facility. Pressure blowers and hose reel mount fans play a key role in vehicle exhaust removal systems because they draw emissions away from the source during the extraction process.
